Get published in Nature

my next paper to Nature Neuroscience.

i am very nervous. i feel that it needs to be better. i become a perfectionist about everything and it slows me down. maybe it won’t get accepted, maybe they won’t even review it. there is luck with reviewers etc involved. but i can’t publish at all if i don’t submit. and i cannot wait too long because other labs are doing similar things.

my goal is early January… we’ll see. maybe not Nature Neuroscience but so far that’s the plan.

right now i am probably looking at submitting to one of the nature journals as something which would make me very happy – but i don’t have a study which i’d send to nature nature yet. but it is a long term goal for sure!
