I have plateaued again. I keep getting around 140. I tried to stop this by eating a small meal about every two hours and at first I did lose three pounds. Then it came back. I think this is a combination of sometimes not eating enough and not exercising enough. I have decided that instead of running or skating I will dance everyday to lose weight. I completed a week of dancing ten minutes a day and tomorrow I’m moving on to twenty minutes a day for a week. By the time I get to fifty minutes five days a week I will stop there and stay at fifty minutes five days a week. I will try to change up different dances every week though.
