I don’t have much money and I’m apartment living, so I’m keeping it simple. I want to stencil whiter white images on my walls and do accent striping (a slender one or two per wall) in a pale yellow. Then I’m hanging some harmonious pics and setting up plants in them that I rotate so they get to keep enough sun. Does it even sound like it’s going to be pretty?
