My goal for the next year is to lose weight and get in shape. I hope to get rid of 30 more lbs. by May which is about 1.5 pounds a week, starting now.

I have tons of exercise books and equipment and exercise techniques. It’s just getting the motivation.

I’ve already started to shrink my portion sizes and drink more water so that’s a step in the right direction.
