Pass the Fundementals of Engineering (FE) Exam

I passed the exam taken in October 2005, and I am just now updating.. sorry!

Anyway, it was worth it, and for those that still need to pass.. take educated guesses and use common sense to eliminate choices. I took the general exam and there were lots of questions with thermodynamics and such that I never took any classes on. Just keep your cool and pace yourself and you’ll be OK.

I’m scheduled to take the exam this October 2006, and I’m not nearly as ready as I would like to be. I will be taking the ‘General’ discipline for the afternoon section. I have picked up the FE Exam Review Manual (2000 edition) by Lindeburg and the corresponding practice exam book. It’s been 1.5 yrs since I graduated with my B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering.

Does anyone have any hints/tips? Were there any surprises on the exam? Thanks!
