Working my way through the textbook, slowly but surely. It keeps my brain and study skills sharp. But, even more exciting, I’ve been a lab TA for the Anatomy class at my alma mater since the start of the semester! I love keeping my hands in the dissectorial action, as it were, and it gives me the chance to hang out with fellow pre-meds and the professor. :)

Only 27 chapters and 700 more pages to go…eep…
...and taught myself the nine abdominopelvic regions. The quadrants were easy. Now I just have to each myself what’s, you know, IN those regions and quadrants.
My spring semester senior year, I took a class in Vertebrate Anatomy, and it was one of my favorite classes ever. But, I fear I’ve forgotten the majority of what I’ve learned, which is pretty sad, especially considering I want to be a doctor.
I’ve got my hefty Anatomy textbook from that class sitting on my bookshelf – I should use it! So I’m going to re-teach myself Anatomy. That should keep my study skills finely honed as well as keep my brain occupied.
