I’m going to look for a gym today. Just by the business search. Hopefully it will give me some details about how much a year’s membership costs so that i can start getting the money ready. And perhaps some details about what the gym is actually like so i can make an informed judgement about whether i want to go there or not. I don’t want to go to no gym where dickheads go to. Perhaps to a gym where only women can go, i’d feel a lot more comfortable knowing there aren’t some stupid sluttish men staring at women while they are working out.

But then if my bf wants to join as well then i’ll have to find somewhere that is relatively discreet. Or just very well managed. Anyway, i’ll start looking soon. I’m hoping to work out at least three times a week. I think that would be the optimum amount of fitness i’d need for my age and lifestyle at the moment.

I’m so disgusted with myself right now. I’ve made this an official target beginning at the start of next week, which is Sunday. The plan will be to follow a schedule i used during high school but made a lot better. It is as follows:

Day 1: Eat breakfast – NO LUNCH – eat dinner, exercise by going for a long walk somewhere + push ups, sit ups and other exercises that increase muscle volume

Day 2: NO BREAKFASTNO LUNCH – eat dinner, exercise by going for a long walk somewhere + push ups, sit ups and other exercises that increase muscle volume

Day 3: Eat breakfast, eat lunch, eat dinner – exericse by going for a walk somewhere but no other exercises

Day 4: Restricted breakfast, lunch, dinner – no exercises

Day 5: Begin again…

At current my weight is 55kg and i hate it. I feel fat and ugly and i’m GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! I remember this worked very well except i took it a little too far and ended up 40kg instead of my target weight. So i’ll monitor weight loss, and incorporate exercises to ensure that energy is lost and remains off. God i suck!!

I always advise people not to do this sort of thing but i’m unable to resist this kind of measure myself. Still, i’m not backing down. I’ll achieve this goal in no time, it took me nearly 2 weeks last time so i’m sure i can chuck it off before then.

Weekly progress will be measured and if results are poor then i’ll just up the anti and do more.
