I don’t think I’ll ever accomplish this one. During High School I was a cross country runner putting about as much mileage on my legs a week than others in my age group were doing a year. Anyway, I think heredity wins the day cause I never had my six pack. I ate healthy, lifted weight, and, like I said before, ran (a lot). Now, I work out less, run none, drink beer, and don’t eat as healthy since I cook for myself (well, lack thereof, therefore relying on eating out more often). Due to this I don’t think it’s plausible for me.
