dress more stylishly

I feel a little better. It took a while but I was finally able to get over to Burlington Coat factory to pick up a couple really nice slacks. They’re so much more comfortable than what I’m wearing now and they’re quite slick. Also, they were much cheaper than many other places.

It’s quite a mundane sight. I don’t think this goal is an easily accomplishable one. To have the wardrobe I really want will take many, many paychecks. Right now I am trying to revamp my business wear. I’m doing this because my formal wear selection is horrid. Many of the slacks I own do not fit properly (damn skater style). Anyway, I should just throw those away, but they are great for lounging in due to their 2-4 inch wider than needed waist size and they hang low enough it’s like I have well worn socks on :-), but I digress. Anyway, I have budgeted about $30 a week to put towards picking up new slacks that fit properly, new dress socks so that I have a decent number of them, and another pair of dress shoes since the ones I have now are starting to wear down. They aren’t so bad yet so this will be the last of the three items. Then onto ties and then a few jackets. I’ll keep the masses who happen to be interested updated.
