I’m marking this done because I’m combining it with my goasl bout using SparkPeople to be healthier. Since I’ve been using SP I have been making better eating choices and I have lost 9 lbs. I have a way to go to get to my goal, but I am confident that I will get there.

I need to recommit to this goal. When I first joined WW last year I lost about 30 pounds and felt great! Then full-time grad school, a full-time job, moving, wedding planning, and life got in the way and now I’ve gained it all back! I am so upset with myself and although I know I need to get back on this I have absolutely no motivation to do it.
There is so much junk food in my house and my husband tries to be supportive but he eats all the junk in front of me so it doesn’t help. That was another difference with why I was able to lose weight last year – my husband was in Virginia while I was still in NY so I had total control of what food was in the house.
I joined Weight Watchers today. I needed the added motivation and the pressure of being held to something. Eating better is not too hard as long as I don’t get lazy – the impossible part for me is exercising. So I am going to try to find a way to incorporate more activity into my daily routine and think about joining a gym. With all of my health problems, it is becoming more and more imperative that I work on this goal.
I know how important this goal is, but for some reason it isn’t as easy or as much fun as gaining weight and being unhealthy. But I’m trying. I know I have to do this for myself, but it’s so hard t ostay motivated (even with my wedding in less than 9 months!)
