Sell my condo by owner!

I am going to be relocating and would love to sell my place on my own! I know that realtors really tie up the clients in a market, but it can’t hurt to try on my own for a month and if it doesn’t work, someone can take 5% of my assets! Most people are very pessimistic that this can be done. They say it is so much hassle to sell by owner, but if I look at the amount I would be saving it is totally worth it! I can use buyer’s agents also and then they are only taking 2 – 2.5% away!
