My life currently has little to no routine in it. I basically do whatever I want whenever I want and it’s all just fine, but I end up spending too much time watching tv in my bed and too little time at the gym and my mind is very cluttered and unfocused. I need to meditate (or something like it) and I need to designate time to focus on myself so my every moment isn’t half assed in every different direction.
This will probably help me accomplish other things I want so I’m going to either start taking walks in new places (parks or city streets) or drinking cups of tea or coffee in new places (maybe until I find the perfect one) to designate some time for my mind to clear. And I’m going to write.
