I’m calling this done. I’ve been running regularly for a while, and when I took a couple of weeks off to concentrate on packing and moving, I counted the days until I could get back out again. Sounds like a habit to me.

I just can’t seem to be consistent. I get sick, or go out of town, or people come in to town, and I get all thrown off. It’s so cold and icy now that it’s pretty much impossible to run outside. People in Seattle don’t seem to do much to keep their sidewalks ice-free, and I inhale too much exhaust running next to the main roads. Maybe I would be better off having a goal to do at least two days of cardio a week.

I’m working up to this. And waiting for the rain to stop; I hate running in the rain. Until then, it is the elliptical for me, but I am adding in some treadmill time soon.
