see a meteor shower

Had much better luck with the weather than last year and saw a bunch of meteors. Was a good weekend, thinking of trying some winter camping later in the year on another meteor weekend.

Went camping in an area of extremely low light pollution with a group of about 30 friends in mid-August when the Perseids were at their max. It rained heavily all weekend and I didn’t see so much as a star! We had a great time though :)

Next up starts in just 8 days… I may hold out for the better weather, though.
