Making the decision to return to school part-time was easy! Deciding what to take is much more difficult! I have a BA in English …. “Barely Anything” as my mother dubs it! (cue rolling eyes!) I would love to become a counsellor, but not sure quite what aspect … debating between Social Work, Sociology, Phsychology or Grief & Bereavement Studies. With the last, I could do a certificate in about 2 years. The others I would have to start at about year 2 of the program.
Perhaps some volunteer work involving counselling would be a good place to start for the moment ….
