I just got off my treadmill, I was on for only 4 minutes. I guess that shows how unfit I now am. I need to make a commitment to this goal and exercise every morning.

So far I’ve only completed this once. I need more effort to wake up on time to do some exercises. Hopefully next week I’ll do better.
I set this goal last night, but I failed to wake on time this morning. I’ll try again tomorrow.
This is defiantly lacking. I’m not going to taekwondo as often as I could, I hardly ever use my tredmill and I nevergo running or do any of the body weight exercises I used to regularly do.
My new aim, is to wake up earlier in the morning and do 30 mins of exercise. I will alternate between running and body weight.
I just looked at my last entry for this goal, and I was shocked, it was 3 months ago and the situation is the same.
I am training in Taekwondo 5 times a week but my personal traing is very rare. Finding the time is more difficult now.
I think the best thing would be to do my personal training imediatly after Taekwondo. That’s what I should do.
This used to be the one goal that I never had to worry about but recently I’ve been getting lazy and not been doing much exercise at all.
There are a few reasons/excuses for this; new job, different country, different schedule.
I need to put the effort back in and just get on with it, instead of putting it off.
A site I’ve been using for a while now is http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/.
The site name sounds cheesy but the routine on there is really good and I’m definitely getting benefits from it.
It has lots of videos and articles which really help and improve health and fitness.
I’m managing to do some sort of additional exercise to Taekwondo pretty much everyday, so this is going well. I enjoy going for runs.
I’m still exercising daily, either running up the mountain, or skipping on my balcony, in addition to body weight exercises and Taekwondo.
My new thing is H.I.I.T, High Intensity Interval Training. Its tough, you do an exercise as hard and as fast as you can for 20 secs, then rest for 10 then again for 20, rest for 10 etc for 4 mins. I’ve been doing this with skipping and sprints and mountain sprints, its great, it kills me every time. Although mountain sprints only lasts about 2 mins 30.
I’ve been doing skipping and bodyweight exercises to rest my knee, and I went for a run to the mountain and the lower level exercise park today, and my knee doesn’t at all, so thats good.
