Do a better job staying in touch with family and friends, old and new

I’m the worst with this but really need to shape up. Family is hard because my mom was mostly my family. I’d see my aunts, uncles and cousins occasionally but never made that much of an effort. Friends, I’ve never been someone who had a ton of friends but didn’t do a good job of keeping in touch with even the ones I considered close friends. Like I said, I need to shape up.
