I’ve lost two stone and am going to the gym regularly. Still a bit on the flabby side but feel fitter and more confident and much happier in myself.

and lose weight. I’ve started going to the gym again after a break of several months and have just started the obligatory new year diet…...not going too well so far. I’ve started the kellogg’s two week challenge to start off with just to get me into the habit of eating three meals a day which I didn’t before, but all this eating is making me hungry!!
