Become a professional photographer

For some odd reason, my lovely husband decided to buy me a professional (very expensive)digital SLR camera because he believes in my “talent”. Could I be any happier? Now I just have to make sure that I don’t drop it, lose it, get it stolen and take some great pictures!

This could possibly happen if I didn’t break every camera I’ve every owned. Except for the gray and pink polaroid I’ve had since I was 8. That things in mint condition! I’ve broken two Vivitars, which are the coolest point & shoot cameras. Luckily they are cheap, but after I broke the last one, my hubby went out and surprized me with a cute little digital Canon. The tiny kind that fits in your back pocket.
That was last Christmas and about two months ago, I sat on the damn thing. How dumb can I be? I’m relegated to disposable cameras and we all know how much that sucks. I swear I take such good care of these things, but I just have the Bum Deal. This is what I call my luck. I could do everything in my power to make something work out right, but the Bum Deal screws me everytime.
I do have the opposite of the Bum Deal working for me at times, so it evens out, but people only remember the times when I sit on a $300 camera, or lose the pink slip to my new car. This entry probably doesn’t fit here, but do you care? No.
