Oh my

Things just won’t stop surfacing! This is never ending. How can I forget? When that feeling comes back as strong as it was in that time of my life. It affects my whole day. Time heals everything.

Today

Was not a good day to let go of the past. It started in my dreams last night, which intensified my hatred of all things I thought I forgot, then throughout the day, it kept popping up in such emotionally destructive ways. Makes me want to start smoking again.
