I was doing a great job with this, had gone to the gym or done some kind of exercise everyday for 2 weeks. Then I went to visit a friend and missed a day…and then went out to dinner and a movie the next day…and now haven’t gone all week! It’s crazy how if you get out of your routine at all how hard it is to get back into it!

Ok, I’m not up to everyday yet…but working my way up. 3 days a week is better than none!

3 days in a row! I even went for a run in the rain today…let’s see if I can keep it going.



Frustration 3 years ago

I get easily frustrated with exercising…I’m a fairly busy person, so finding time is always an issue. If I miss a couple of days I just get frustrated and then things start to snowball. I need to learn how to manage my time when it comes to exercise. If I can’t get to the gym, then doing something else during the day that’s some kind of physical activity – like walking to lunch or something of the sort.
