So, my younger ccousin who is now a personal trainer 2 years ago

and studying kinesiology in Unversity had agreed to train me how to run. This could be a dauting task for him but the first in a long line of training needed to finish and ironman. Then I can get the tattoo. Excellent. He’s convinced I can run a half marathon by August when the big event is in our city.
