My abililty to “rally the troops”. To organize successful events, parties, trips etc. eg, our volleyball team “The Yaks”, The Yaks Xmas party, the trip to Mexico (19 people for my birthday), the bike trip to Vancouver last summer, the bike trip to Vancouver next summer, the big ski trip to Kimberly in March, New Year’s Eve at my place, the pre-Mexico meet and greet, the pre-Mexico all out bash…

(Downside – sometimes I worry, worry, worry that they won’t turn out or no one will come or people won’t have a good time.)
