... but at least I have it on Google Docs now, so I can manage it from all over. Like the writing to people, I need some days of just trying to do as many as possible all at once.

Running on the 16th I went to:
Maple Leaf Playground
Ravenna Triangle
Ravenna Park
Cowen Park.
Today, for Vday, Tom and I went to:
Thorndyke Park
Magnolia Park
Magnolia Boulevard
Discovery Park (where we stalked a barred owl for a while)
Magnuson
Cal Anderson
Waterfront Steps (I’ll post the pics someday)
Jefferson (hit a bucket of balls at the driving range)
There are 404 parks in Seattle, ranging from at least 30 that are below the 0.01-acre (436 square feet) cut-off below which they won’t list area, to Discovery Park at 535 acres. Many are familiar, most are at least in a familiar location (I’m sure in part I have Street Scrambles to thank for that!), but some are on streets I don’t recall ever seeing, in person or on a map. I suppose this shouldn’t surprise me – I’ve only lived here for 5 years – but it really does.
