I’ve Still been running sprints everyweek, but now I’m trying to run long sprints so I have a mix of strength and endurance.
I Got so badly puffed out I felt like I was going to die..
So time to work on this=)

So I’m going out for a good, Hard sprint today..
After a Thorough Warm-Up Of Course;)
I am now sprinting 200 metres all out 7 times, 2 sessions a week, and I can definently say I feel alot faster now=)
And i went fairly fast, so I’ll steadily increase the weight and see if it improves my sprinting time, but I must only do this on grass as I don’t want to damage my joint’s.
I sprinted approximately half a mile without going into a jog or slowing down my pace.
My legs were burning near the end but i just started sprinting faster.
I can now sprint for ages full tilt without stopping, but once i do im pretty out of breath however i can recover fairly quickly now.
I try to do sprint training at least twice a week, and during my leg workouts.
What i do is, i run as fast as i can for one lap, walk for one, sprint again etc. until my leg’s cant sprint anymore.
Already my cardiovascular system is WAY better then when i used to jog for ages.
