I’m going to make this as done as i have not eaten junk food for a while now, but if (god forbid) I slip back into my old habit’s i will take this goal up again.

I have not eaten any take-away food,fried food, sugary snacks, or chocolate in 3 months.
Need to keep this up=)
But the bar is in the fridge taunting me, i must throw it out or ill eat it all.
Hoping to never eat it again actually.
Also don’t eat subway, there food is very highly processed so it’s not good for you no matter what jared fogle says.
I’ve cut milk and white flour(althought sometimes i use milk for cereal) out of my diet.
I also eat more vegetables, but unless i stick to it i will not mark this as done.
On average, i only eat junk food about once ever 2 week’s or less.
This is ok, but i want to cut junk food out of my diet FOR GOOD.
I also want to take a omega-3 supplement and eat more fish, since there is a fair bit of evidence to support the claim it makes your heart a bit healthier.
