Recently I’ve been addicted to Sweet dried fruit like Dates and figs, I know it’s better then eating lollies, although in the case of dates not much.(Dried dates have a G.I of 100, and over 50 Grams of sugar for a “serving”)
So I will try to stick to fresh fruit from now on.

I Have changed my eating habits and eat only foods that I feel are healthy, However I am repeating this goal because recently after coming home, I have been sitting down having a nice, healthy balanced meal and then After I finish it I get insanely hungry and go wild eating about 5 Servings of Fruit in one go and eating lots of Plain Yogurt and even though I know there are worse foods to binge on, I still feel this is not healthy.
I also eat too much Dark chocolate that I used to be able to enjoy in moderation.
My goal is too cut down on Fruit to a human amount(3-5 Servings a day) and moderate my Intake of treats like Dark chocolate.
I’m going to start drinking some homemade vegie juice after I exercise to add a bit more nutrients.
I eat alot more Fruit and Vegetables now, and Recently I have reduced my grain consumption(Not any bread) and restricted it too Brown rice and Oats.
So I feel pretty good now, but I’m working on eating a better variety of foods.
I ate healthy the rest of the day, but I don’t feel dark chocolate is all that bad, better then eating a slice of bread I suppose.
As i have not eaten any junk-food for a while, I have completely changed my diet, and I continue to make changes for the better(I hope!) everyday.
I have decided to train my tastebuds to stand horrible(atleast to me) tasting food that is good for you like animal liver, cod liver oil and other bad tasting stuff.
Before i couldn’t stomach vegetable’s and now i eat heaps of them so i beleive i can do the same with other food’s.
I’m doing pretty good at this now.
I get really bad cravings at night for chocolate and burgers but i just let it pass.
I know being healthy is more important then having a good taste in your mouth for a minute.
I eat pretty healthy but then i get a sugar craving and eat some dam milk chocolate or biscuits.
Going to not buy anything bad anymore and eat more plant food, and the only meats i will but will be chicken, turkey and assorted fish.
Still it’s an improvment for a year ago where i used to drink soda, eat junk food everyday and not care for healthy foods except apples.
