Initial Test

I just performed the “initial test” to see how many situps I can do.

I did 50.

According to the guide on www.twohundredsitups.com, doing more than 30 stups on the initial test puts me at week three of their six week program. Based on that, here is my training for this week:

Monday
Set 1: 21
Set 2: 27
Set 3: 21
Set 4: 21
Set 5: max (at least 30)

Edit: I completed the five sets, with a max of 50. Total situps: 140.

Wednesday
Set 1: 30
Set 2: 38
Set 3: 23
Set 4: 23
Set 5: max (at least 38)

Friday
Set 1: 33
Set 2: 42
Set 3: 30
Set 4: 30
Set 5: max (at least 45)
