I’ve been almost in love once, but that was in high school. We were together for over a year. I would say that I was just beginning to fall in love towards the end (we had already said it looong before, but you know how kids are). Had the circumstances worked out I think I could’ve fallen madly and deeply for him. But he went off to University in Canada and I was left behind. I was 15 and I didn’t want to hold him or myself back from having fun. I did what was best for both of us. I’ve never looked back.
