I’ve been doing Tai Chi about two years, then I injured my knee. I see now I probably injured it by doing one move awkwardly. I had looked at this move 100 different ways and couldn’t see what I was doing wrong. Then, I was chatting with a guy who’s done karate for 30 years. Showed him the move, and he pinpointed what I was doing wrong instantly. Just repairing this mistake is going to be hard, but now at least I think I know what to work on.
