good week 21 months ago

after running the half marathon last sunday my knees are still aching a little. i took it easy, but still got in 5 days of exercise.
W – elliptical & strength training
Th- 5 mile run
F – 3 mile run
S – elliptical & strength training
S – 6 mile run

Yay!



Another good week 22 months ago

Tuesday – elliptical and strength training
Thursday – ran 5 miles
Friday – ran 3 miles (hills – in the rain!)
Saturday – elliptical and strength training
Sunday – Ran 9 miles

Last week I didn’t follow my regular exercise routine, but I still managed to squeeze in five days.

Monday – Ran 3 miles
Wednesday – elliptical and strength training
Friday – Ran 5 miles
Saturday – Tennis (Yay! Finally it’s sunny enough for tennis!)
Sunday – Ran 12 miles

i was really sick this week, so i only worked out three days.

monday – ran 3 miles
tuesday – elliptical and weights
sunday – elliptical and weights

i’m still not 100%. Just doing the elliptical and weights today completely wiped me out.

sunday – 10 mile run outside
