to quit drinking coffee. :) I’m feeling pretty alert without it.

On Tuesday, before the official fast, I drank some guava juice in the morning, ate a Luna Bar and drank a small Dunkin’ Donuts cappuccino while studying for a school final. Then, I bought Mega Green and Very Veggie juice and tried half a glass of each. I also drank some ginger green tea, and hot water.
Yesterday, I took supplements three times during the day, like I’m supposed to everyday but don’t actually. I woke up and drank some cranberry-apple tea. Then 1/2 glass of Very Veggie with warm water. Then ginger green tea. Then 1/2 glass of Mega Green with warm water. And just hot water.
I just couldn’t seem to get myself to drink enough so I felt weak and hungry, and unproductive. I ate at 5pm, and felt much better. When I finally did eat, I was more aware of what I was doing and conscious of not binge-eating. That was actually one of my goals behind this goal so that worked out.
Thursday, I’m going to eat salad and raw veggies, along with drinking straight juice, and drinking more water.
I want to eat!
I’m going to start tomorrow, and break it Friday.
I bought juice from Whole Foods, since I don’t have a juicer. I cut down on eating today, and will start drinking juice tonight, so my body isn’t in shock tomorrow from only having juice.
These next few days, I’m also not going to wear any makeup, and I plan on completely cleaning my apartment.
