i've done this, on and off... 2 years ago

more on than off, except during times of major stress or times like NY’s Eve…

of course, i’m a bit worried that, now that I am publicly saying “i’ve done this” that i’ll backslide… ah… such is the human psyche. tricky. :)

doing this more and more of late, but sadly i believe it’s my body’s insidious way of procrastinating.



i was doing much better with this for a while 2 years ago

but have been staying up way way too late for the last week or so… something has messed up my sleep schedule… maybe it’s because i’m anxious…

the fact that 2 years ago

internet hasn’t been set up at my new place is helping with this.

of course, that is also impacting when i leave work.
(No internet at home = leave work late in the evening as I’m dawdling at net instead of leaving.)
