I have done yoga class every Monday for 3 or 4 weeks in a row now and I’m starting to do a daily routine twice a day. I’ll miss next Monday for the marathon but I’m sure to be back the week after.

with Ana today. It was a really easy class, or maybe I just thought so because Wednesdays are supposed to be easy. It felt really good. My wheel felt very strong. She told me to wear muscle shirt from now on.
Today I was much more loose than last week. Sitting up was very difficult in the beginning, but at the end I did it with ease. It might not be wise to lift weights on the same day I do yoga anymore, even though it saves me a trip to the gym. I just feel too tight and tired for the sun salutations.
I have been practicing yoga for a couple of years now, but I will go for a few months and then not go for a month, and so I have a lot of setbacks in my practice.
My goal here is to go to at least one yoga class per week for the rest of 2007.
