I don’t know how extreme her case of Antisocial Personality Disorder (also known as sociopathy) is, but I know she has it. Everything I’ve read says to just leave the person so you don’t become a victim. And don’t tell them they have it, because they can’t be helped. At the same time, she is my friend, and even though I know she doesn’t return it, I still care about her and want to help her. Has anyone been in this situation, and what do you do?
