make it through the last week of my internship

I finally made it through the last week of my internship and am sitting here, free. It’s a strange feeling, but I like it. I had a really good last day, and felt more a part of the team there than I had all year, which was strange. On to bigger and better things, I suppose.

I’m sitting here in the last week of my first year internship trying not to go crazy with boredom. It’s how I spent most of the last year, and it wasn’t pretty. If I actually thought that this was the way that social work functioned, I’d quit. Luckily it’s not, and I at least have computer access today, and won’t tomorrow. I’m trying to space out the work that I have to do, but I’m going a little ballistic here…and I have relationship work to smooth out among my supervisors, but since NO ONE on my team is around, that’s a little hard right now.
