Exercised every day for a month – on the way to goal of 100 days straight. This seemed easier for me then setting up a schedule. I have gained an increas in energy, and I am a lot happier. Even when I was sick with a stomach virus, I went for a short workout. Just keep going…

On an exercise roll

I am really on an exercise roll. Joined Life Time Fitness, and have gone 13 days in a row now. Its really great. Back doing weights and cardio like I should. Also bought a pulse monitor, which is really helping keep track of what to do and how much I do.
Well, got started on exercising again

... at the Y, they had deactivated my account. I fought through the depression and did 20 minutes of eliptical trainer. yeah. OK, not 5 times this week, but better than nothing.
