I am not an alcoholic, (jet eh?) That is why my goal is “Control my drinking” and not “Stop drinking”. I love drinking, but my problem is that once I’ve started, I just can’t stop. And that have lately caused me major problems…
Lately I’ve been partying too hard, and I’ve started binge drinking not only on the weekends, and I’m afraid that if I don’t take charge of this now, it will grow to something worse.
I need to learn controling this. I just don’t know how.
