Well I’ve stuck at touch for over a year now and loving it.
I just got back into the gym about a month ago, working on some cardio to counteract my new desk job belly. I got a subscription and sofar I’ve been about twice a week.
I’d really like to push it up to 3 times a week, but it’s hard to find time so I’m starting to do a home session once a week instead!

good thing I didn’t cross this off, I haven’t been to the gym in about 2 months :(
Although, I have joined a touch football team and that’s some good exercise.
I’ll wait till I’m playing sport once a week and gymming twice a week for a month before I cross this out!

I’ve just started going back to the gym with a mate, it’s a great feeling :D I’ll wait till I stick with it for a month then I’ll cross this off :)
