I really don’t mind either way if anything else comes off, after that. Hope nobody minds if I keep posting on this 15 board instead of the 20 board…this is where I started off, and this is where I want to finish.
This particular 15 lbs is taking forever! Only 4 lbs. left to go, though. It’s my ultimate goal to be half the woman I was last February…and I’m 24 lbs away from that goal! WOO-HOO!!!! Kickin’ a** 15 lbs at a time!

I think I can pretty safely mark this 15 lb. goal as complete. Also, this week last year was the starting point of my weight loss journey. I can’t believe how much I’ve lost, 15 lbs. at a time…105 lbs. to date. The results so far:

Five pounds left to go on this particular “15 pounds” goal, but just wanted to share this with you. Since I started eating better and exercising at the end of Feb 2007, I have lost 100 pounds! This board has been a great help. Just concentrating on losing 15 lbs at a time was perfect; it’s way too daunting to think of it ALL at the same time. So thanks, everyone, for the encouragement!
