I can’t believe it. I just can’t friggin’ BELIEVE it!!!! I would NEVER have believed that this could actually happen for me. Not for ME, who hated exercise and ate fast food 2-3 times a DAY. Exercise has honestly become enjoyable for me! I just started off with walking a couple of blocks a few times a week, and it took off from there. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but I’m just taking a minute to celebrate!

Five measly pounds left to go on this goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still managed to lose about a pound a week over the holidays, even though I indulged. I credit this entirely to stepping up my walking routine, and adding “jog a block, walk a block” for the last mile.

I hit my “90 lbs. lost” mark. UNBELIEVABLE. Never in a million years would I have believed it possible, certainly not in well under a year. 10 TO GO!!!!!!!!!

I usually post on the “15 pounds” goal, because it’s easier for me to look at it 15 pounds at a time. But I figured, what the hell? If I want to lose 100 pounds, and I’m willing to work for it, there’s nothing wrong with that goal! I’ve lost 68 pounds since Feb. 27, 2007. My weight loss has slowed a bit, but I’m still losing 2 pounds/week on average. Pretty healthy. I’m feeling good and looking much better. 212 right now…I’d like to be 194 by Halloween, but as long as I’m losing, I don’t mind if I don’t make that mini goal. I just never imagined, when I took stock of my future goals last New Year’s Eve, that I’d actually DO something about my weight this year. Me, the laziest person alive. Me, who ate fast food at LEAST twice a day. I hope I can keep this up, and I hope I can keep this OFF!
