Unlike my cats, these creatures seem to like to be picked up and cuddled. Yes, they are as cute as they look. I actually held two different koalas. One at Dreamworld and the other at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary .

I got to pet one 3 years ago

At ‘Caversham Wildlife Park’ they let visitors pet the koalas, but not pick them up. As the koala normally sleeps 20 hours a day, they probably enjoy not being constantly picked up. Still, though I do want to have a chance to hold one.
