It’s like a modest drive away! Of course, we don’t have a car, but maybe we could take the train or something like that.

There’s a geek conference there in April. I’d need to get a lot of things together in order to go, but it would be a nice way to kill several birds with one stone. Visiting Vancouver, learning more about Ruby/Rails, socializing with geeks, and a few other birds. And maybe a squirrel.
