I walk at least this much now just feeding horses and doing outdoor work. It’s not like on a track, but I can tell all this walking, lifting, digging, hoeing, jumping, leaping, dragging, wheelbarrowing, chasing, dumping, lugging, weeding, raking, running, etc., is slimming me down. I’ve lost 7.5 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks.
It should be easy, but it’s not for some reason.
and it was about 20 minutes. I hope I can do it again today, but not sure. There are several obstacles today to walking.
yesterday because I added another quarter mile, to equal 1 1/2 miles. My walking partner isn’t here today, but I’m going out on my own. I plant to walk the same distance as yesterday.
I walked with my walking buddy today for slightly over 30 minutes. We wanted to go longer, but it is still hot in southern AZ.
Actually did this today. Finally it’s cooling down enough so we can walk in southern AZ. Since I’m just starting out on this goal again, I walked 1.25 miles in 30 minutes. I’ll speed it up over time.
It didn’t become a habit, BUT I am going to start again today.
I hope this has become a habit. It was 2 miles both days.
Took about 25 minutes.
