I want to get back on track. 18 months ago

This past year I really got on a routine. Gym everyday, eating right, etc.
But a life crisis got me really off track.
I starting having my old eating disorder and stopped working out all together.
I am starting today. I am eating healthy and plan on running at least 2 miles everyday! Wish me luck!
