My youth minister just called me and wanted to know if I would volunteer to lead a group in the Confirmation classes that are starting next week. It’s a big commitment, but I am realllly excited about it. It’s going to be a chance for me to connect with some younger girls as they go through the time of figuring out what they believe and why, and I’m hoping to have a real impact, even if all I do is point them towards Christ and share my own experiences with them. I’m nervous about opening up about the ups and downs that I’ve had throughout my walk, but with prayer and faith, I know it will be easier for me. I’m working toward my goal… YAY.
