Ok, so today I woke up and I was supposed to use my treadmill, but I didn’t. We’re going on a trip and we’re leaving wednesday, so I cleaned the truck out. It was disgustingly dirtyy, and so was I when I as finished. hha. I was all sweaty and nasty. I was like, lovelyy. First time I ate was around 1pm. I had a small bowl of hamburger helper, and my stomach hurt after that. Then around 3 or 4 I had two pieces of toast, one with strawberries preserves and the other with apricot. It was good. Then Later I had a bowl of pickled red cabbage. It’s interesting. Then later I had an ever smaller bowl of hamburger helper. And thats it.

Ok, so yesterday I got up and had more banana nut crunch cereal, so its all gonneee now. Then I had a bowl of peaches.. they were sourr, that was around 12ish, then we had dinner around 4:30. we had steak and salad. it was yummy. Then i waited about 30 minutes and had some cake and ice cream.. yeahh.. not exactly healthy, but thats what i hadd.
Ok, so yesterdy I left here and had a roastbeef sandwich with horsradish sauce on a roll.. or however you spell it. Anyway, it wasn’t that good, so I wont have another one. Then later I had another sandwich around 4pm after going outside and cleaning in the 90 degree weather, I think I burned a lot of calories doing that. Then I ate again at 8:30pm, I had another sandwhich,this one was ham and cheese on the honey wheat bread, and I had another half a sandwhich that my mom didn’t want, which was on a roll. Then I had a little piece of lemon pie. yummy. and that’s all I had.
Today, I ate banana nut crunch cereal with a banana. Then I did things and went out for a while to the store. I got back at 3:30 and ate a ham and cheese sandwhich on a roll again. Later, in about an hour I’m going to have salad with tuna fish.
Ok, so I didn’t write yesterday, I forgot to, and by time I was reminded it was just too late to do it.(I didn’t feel like it at 2 something in the morning.)
Yesterday I woke up about ehhh, 10 I think. I woke up and ate my breakfast around 10:45am. So I had banana nut cereal again. I went and used my treadmill for about fifteen minutes and that was it. I had a granola bar and a peach around 1pm and didn’t eat again until about 3pm, I had a couple of oreos again. Then around 6pm I had a tuna fish sandwich which I had to eat on two hamburger rolls because we ran out of bread. =( Ok, and that’s all I ate for the rest of the day. I’m not doing too well with the whole 6-meals-a-day thing.
So today we have bread. We bought honey wheat bread. Yummy! Well… it sounds good anyway, well see. I know I’m about to have a roastbeef sandwhich, on a roll, though, no bread yet. I’ve had only orange koolaid so far today, I hope that stuff is’t bad for you, because I’ve been just drinking it all! Today is my day break. I’m not going to use my treadmill, but I think I’ll clean up things and that should be a few calories lost. Anyway, on with the rest of the day, I’ll update again later.

Ok. So, I woke up this morning around 9:30am, did daily things. Then I ate breakfast, I had a cup of banana nut cereal with a half of cup of milk and 12oz of orange koolaid. Then I used my treadmill for 20 some minutes. I jogged for about 10 minutes of it. I got a shower and did other things. Then around 2:30pm I had a tortilla with cheese and porkroll. Then I didn’t eat again until 7pm, I had 2 oreoes and some orange koolaid. Then I ate again around 8:30 and I had a tuna sandwich on two white pieces of bread with miracle whip, and more orange koolaid. I also had a bottle of water today. And this is my first lovely day of my new eating habits… I’d rather not call it a diet, because I’m going to try to keep these habits.
