Can someone with experience give me some advice on this? My main concern is work, getting tired or dizzy. So I’m thinking I’ll plan this around the weekend to minimize the time at work during the fast. I’m also worried about my blood sugar (not that I’m diabetic, I’m not) so I’m considering allowing myself some apple juice along with the water, since apple juice is loaded with natural sugar. Any suggestions on what to eat the day before or after? Any suggestions at all on this? Thanx in advance.
