For me, 7AM is just early enough to get on with the day, and late enough to where I can see sunlight when my eyes open. The key is repetition. If you can go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, do it, even on weekends. After several weeks of doing this, my internal clock almost wakes me up for me. I’m usually awake seconds before my alarm goes off, and when the power goes out, my body knows something is up and wakes up. It’s crazy.

I seriously got so close recently, but after one long night, my whole schedule was ruined! How early is early, by the way? Because, for me, the goal is 6:30 AM.
