The idea behind signing up to this was to stop grazing and that I’ve done.
I’ve been working with a website that helps with healthy lifestyles and weight loss and I am learning the worth of food, and sticking to a realistic calorie count each day. Sometimes I do eat when I’m not hungry, but it’s planned food not boredom food and that makes all the difference

I find a lot of the time when I think I’m hungry I’m thirsty. Now that I’m drinking more water this is easier.

I’m gettting better at this. Yesterday I bought a small packet of M&M’s out of habit, they sat in my desk drawer for nearly 2 hours before I ate them. I probably shouldn’t have bought them. My usual method is to drink more to see if it’s thirst not hunger and now I’m getting better at differentiating the two.
I think I can tick this one off when I can buy my paper at lunchtime and stand in line next to the sweets and chocolate without buying them for a month.

This one is a struggle. I like food, I like to try new recipes. And when something is tasty I like to eat more of it.
Anyone got some tips?
